Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm;
Tuesday/Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Hiring Range: $76,024.00 – $ annually

About This Position

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinics, you will have time and resources to provide one-on-one care with 45-minute treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions and better patient outcomes. With a maximum of 10 patients per day, you can focus on delivering personalized care. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekends and holidays off, to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment, and to assess the ongoing effects of intervention. The PT designs, implements and modifies treatment interventions to alleviate impairments and disabilities. Additional responsibilities include reducing risk of injury and promoting fitness, health and wellness across populations of all ages.

The PT contributes to administration, consultation, education and research and is expected to maintain professional behavior. Required attributes include: critical thinking, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, responsibility, professionalism, constructive feedback, time/resource management, stress management, and a commitment to learning.

About Our Rehabilitation Team

Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region, with over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, compassionate care. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans. We offer specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation.

Services span acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings across Southwest Florida (Fort Myers, Naples, Cape Coral, Immokalee).

At our 7 outpatient pediatric locations, we provide therapy for children and young adults recovering from injuries, neurological conditions, developmental delays, or chronic illnesses. Our therapists address cerebral palsy, brain or spinal cord injuries, orthopedic challenges, speech and language disorders, and sensory processing difficulties, using family-centered, evidence-based care to improve mobility, communication, daily living skills, and independence. Clinics are located across Southwest Florida in Fort Myers, Naples, Cape Coral, and Immokalee.
