Provides behavioral medicine services which include applying psychological knowledge and principles in an integrated primary care setting to treat common physical and mental health problems experienced by adults and/or children patients and families in primary care. Consistent with an integrated primary care model, the role involves consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. The candidate will maintain records, attend required hospital and residency meetings, and collaborate with colleagues on inpatient and outpatient services.
Primary responsibility will be to assist with developing services consistent with collaborative care within a patient-centered medical home. There will also be opportunities to provide didactics, run a support group, and teach residents within the same specialty.

- Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) from an APA‑approved training program
Must have a doctorate in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) from an APA‑approved training program.
