Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to develop your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder, with or without accommodations.
• Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.

Physical & Working Conditions

The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may also include working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
