JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Senior Revenue Administrator - SES position in the General Tax Administration Program, Receivables Management, Field Operations - Collection Process. The incumbent oversees the Receivables Management training program and is responsible for managing the work of the Senior Revenue Consultant, Tax Specialist Administrator, and Tax Specialist IIs, to develop training materials and educate the staff in collection techniques, collection policies, collection and enforcement procedures, and registration policy and procedures.

The incumbent also ensures a professional setting, image, and safety for all employees to provide an environment conducive to productivity and efficiency.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue within the General Tax Administration (GTA) Program.

* Five years of experience working within GTA.

* Three years of managerial experience within GTA.

* Experience working with multiple taxes, account analysis, and resolution in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).

PREFERENCES:

* Managerial experience in the Receivables Management Process.

SPECIAL NOTES:

* The assigned service center for this position will be determined at the time of hire.

SALARY: $78,000.00 - $81,000.00 / annually
