Description

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. This role requires an individual with strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail, capable of handling financial tasks and ensuring the accuracy of records. If you have a passion for managing accounts and producing reliable financial reports, this position is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

- Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.

- Utilize Quick Books to manage and update financial information regularly.

- Resolve discrepancies in accounts and address any financial irregularities.

- Stay updated on bookkeeping best practices and relevant financial regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.

- Proficiency in Quick Books and other relevant accounting software.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Experience with performing bank reconciliations and financial audits.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
