Responsibilities:

• Research and analysis of federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
• Draft emails, memos, and Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings and Federal domestic tax due diligence

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
• J.D. and Tax LL.M.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Strong proficiency with tax research databases
