Gate Attendant – Part‑time

The role of a part‑time Gate Attendant is to provide positive customer service while monitoring admission to the facility during operational hours. A Gate Attendant is expected to assist in the customer experience by providing a positive first and last impression for members. Individuals should remain updated on current events and programs at the pool and should be able to answer basic questions.

Functions Of The Job
  • Monitor access to the facilities through  and remote entry at the gate.
  • Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate.
  • Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or General Manager.
  • Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Assist and monitor all reservations, set‑up & tear‑down as needed.
  • Keep surrounding areas free from debris and trash.
  • Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner.
  • All other reasonable assignments given by the on‑site management team.
