A growing civil engineering consultancy is seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) with strong experience in water resources, stormwater, and public infrastructure projects to join its Florida team.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and working directly with public-sector clients on meaningful infrastructure and environmental projects.

• Lead the design and delivery of water resources, stormwater, and civil infrastructure projects
• Prepare engineering plans, calculations, and technical reports
• Manage tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and contractors
• Perform internal QA/QC reviews of designs and deliverables
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
• Support construction phase services and project implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Florida PE license with at least 3+ years post‑licensure experience
• 8+ years total civil engineering experience preferred
• Experience in water resources, stormwater, or public‑sector civil projects
• Working knowledge of ICPR, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or GIS tools preferred
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal permitting and design regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
