About the Role: As a Transportation Project Manager at Kapur & Associates, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects that positively impact communities.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage roadway and structural projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to meet project objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project status and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to coordinate project tasks and deliverables.
- Confirm project compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify project risks and challenges.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients.
- Contribute to the design and engineering of roadway and structural projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FDOT transportation design.
- Experience with FDOT District 1 preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Micro Station, and/or other relevant tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
