As a member of our elite surgical team, you will provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care to children and adolescents across Southwest Florida. You will join a robust group of 4 Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Providers, supported by a highly skilled clinical and administrative staff. With a strong referral base and a reputation for excellence, you will have the volume and support to build a rewarding specialty practice quickly.

• Clinical Excellence: Evaluate and treat a wide range of pediatric orthopedic conditions using advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques.
• Specialized Focus: While practicing general pediatric orthopedics, candidates with an interest or fellowship training in Upper Extremity/Hand, Hip, or Neuromuscular conditions are highly encouraged to apply.
• Collaborative Care: Participate in the development of clinical patient pathways to standardize and elevate pediatric surgical medicine.
• Consultation & Call: Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations and participate in a manageable on-call rotation.
• System Optimization: Contribute to efforts improving cost-effectiveness and quality of care while maintaining rigorous documentation for medical necessity.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Training: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship.
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Licensure: Eligible for an unrestricted Florida Medical License and DEA registration.
