Pediatric Nephrology Physican at Lee Health Fort Myers, FL

Lee Physician Group & Golisano Childrens Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Fellowship trained, Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Nephrologist to join our team. This opportunity involves both inpatient and outpatient nephrology services in Fort Myers and two outreach clinics.

• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology services, including consultations and dialysis care; inpatient services include all modalities of dialysis and post-kidney transplant follow-up.
• Ambulatory services include general nephrology clinics, dialysis clinic, a combined nephrology–urology clinic, and prenatal consultation in collaboration with the maternal-fetal medicine team.
• Outpatient services are supported by a kidney dietitian, pediatric psychologist, and a social worker.
• Collaborate with community Pediatricians and Family Practitioners in a team-based care model.

• Fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Nephrologist.
