We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly motivated CAD Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing site plans and construction‑related drawings using AutoCAD, while supporting internal teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and bring a proactive mindset to every task.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare survey drawings and integrate them into model templates using AutoCAD.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with Zoning, Health, and Building Departments.
- Update project statuses in the Designers Daily Log and on the Team Task Board on
- Respond to customer email requests for CAD design changes, revisions, and follow‑ups, as assigned by the CAD Manager.
- Generate and organize PDF files from AutoCAD designs as required.
- Create site plan layouts for houses, buildings, septic systems, and drainage plans using AutoCAD.
- Maintain and update company design templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the CAD and design team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of urgency with a commitment to high‑quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
