Customer Support Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database system
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team leads or managers
- Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed
- Meet individual and team performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive team environment through active participation and communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Active listening skills and genuine desire to help others
- Time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
