Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Turner Pest Control is looking for a friendly, helpful, detail‑focused Customer Service Representative to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume inbound call center. The role involves providing excellent customer support and coordinating service, sales, and administrative teams.

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring customers feel valued.
• Assist with scheduling, service, billing, and other client information.
• Log customer complaints, changes, and follow‑up on needs.
• Coordinate complex cross‑department efforts between service, sales, management, and administration.

• Proficient in English;
  Spanish language skills are preferred.
• Experience in a high‑volume call center (preferred).
• Two or more years of administrative or office experience.
• Comfortable using MS Windows/Office and cloud‑based software.
• Strong data‑entry skills and a high level of accuracy.
• High attention to detail and a desire to get things right.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and a high school diploma or equivalent.
