Project Manager – Infrastructure Contracting

Our dedicated teams ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with full transparency. We’re expanding our operations and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Fort Myers-based team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure industry, preferably in utilities, site work, or public contracting.
• Strong knowledge of Florida’s construction regulations, permitting processes, and public bidding procedures.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel statewide as needed.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or OSHA safety training are a plus.

• Oversee all phases of infrastructure projects from planning and bidding to execution and closeout, ensuring compliance with contracts, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal crews to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues on-site for projects involving underground utilities, excavation, concrete structures, and civil works.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, cost estimates, change orders, and reports.
• Foster strong relationships with public agencies, vendors, and team members to drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety protocols on all job sites.

Job Type: Full Time (8 hour shift, Monday to Friday)
