Paving Superintendent – As a Paving Superintendent, you will lead the construction of roads, runways, parking lots, and other vital infrastructure.

This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple crews, mentor foremen, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Ensure the safety of crew members and the public at all times
• Train and mentor asphalt foremen and crew members
• Plan and coordinate k logistics, including truck scheduling and material flow
• Visit job sites to monitor progress, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with contracts
• Direct and coordinate crew activities to meet or exceed production goals
• Track time, materials, and costs, preparing accurate reports and adjusting schedules as needed
• Uphold company policies while recommending improvements in methods, equipment, and crew performance
• Supervise multiple crews, fostering teamwork and accountability

• High School diploma or GED required; 3+ years of asphalt/paving experience (or equivalent training).
• DOT experience preferred
• Strong math and problem‑solving skills for calculating materials, costs, and schedules
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Solid record‑keeping afficher computer skills (database knowledge a plus)
• Clear communication skills and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory abilities with a proven ability to motivate teams
