About This OpportunityWe are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team in our Fort Myers and/or Naples office. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial construction management projects.
Job Responsibilities Include- Direct, supervise, and execute the full life cycle of a commercial construction project, including preconstruction, permitting, pay applications, contract administration, closeout, etc.
- Team management.
- Schedule management.
- Coordinate work with superintendents, architects, and engineers to establish priorities.
- Plan and implement all projects.
- Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
- Education and experience:
5+ years of commercial construction experience required with a BS in Construction Management or industry-related degree and/or equivalent experience. - Construction background:
Experience reading blueprints, specifications, and estimating commercial construction projects. - Eye for Details:
Accuracy is critical for success in this role. The candidate must have superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and decision‑making skills. - Tech‑know‑how: A strong background in using all Microsoft Office programs, proficient with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Procore or similar construction software preferred.

Base pay is positioned within the beginning salary range based on several factors including a candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
