Our client, Wall Systems, has been a trusted subcontractor in metal framing, drywall, and firestop services for over 39 years. We take pride in delivering quality work across healthcare, education, retail, office, residential, and multi-family construction projects. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Framing / Drywall Estimator to join our team.

• Review and analyze bid documents.
• Perform complete quantity take-offs, including material, labor, and equipment cost calculations.
• Provide constructability feedback and explore creative construction alternatives.
• Prepare and submit detailed proposals, including clarifications, inclusions, and exclusions.
• Administer and manage change orders.
• Support field operations and ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle multiple project estimates under tight deadlines.
• Track project data for historical productions and costs.
• Collaborate with team members and be open to performance feedback.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Metal Framing and Drywall Estimator.
• Proficiency with On-Center software (QB/OST) is essential.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
