Position Overview
We are seeking a Superintendent with strong high-end residential construction experience to join Our Client’s growing team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage residential construction projects on-site, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in luxury residential builds and finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on active residential construction sites, ensuring work quality meets company and client standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor to deliver seamless execution.
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily site inspections to enforce quality control and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, owners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with permitting, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review progress reports, daily logs, and documentation.
- Enforce and model safe work practices to maintain an incident-free jobsite.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role on high-end residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of luxury residential construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and schedules efficiently.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling tools and project documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
