Earth Tech Enterprises is seeking an experienced Marine Construction Estimator to support our growing Marine & Heavy Civil Division. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive bids for waterfront and infrastructure projects throughout Southwest Florida.

• Prepare detailed estimates for marine and heavy civil projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
• Price labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontractors
• Analyze marine construction methods, logistics, and productivity
• Evaluate site access, tides, water depth, and staging constraints
• Support bid reviews, pricing strategies, and project turnover

• Seawalls, dredging, dock building, groins and revetments
• Dredging and shoreline stabilization
• Riprap, sheet pile, cofferdams, and marine earthwork

• 5+ years estimating experience in marine or heavy civil construction
• Strong knowledge of marine means and methods
• Ability to read construction plans and bid documents
• Estimating software and Excel proficiency
