• The Data Entry, HVAC Piping Labor Tracking individual will enter information from invoices and orders into PO’s. Other duties include scanning in packing slips into the company’s operating system, filing, following up on back orders as needed and scheduling deliveries.
• Gather initial labor tracking information from drawings and estimates.
• Enter information into tracking spreadsheets.
• Email/call foreman to ensure weekly tracking pictures are being emailed.
• Print pictures and highlight tracking drawings.
• Training will be provided on the above tasks.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

• One (1) year of experience in construction preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel required).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A desire to learn new things.
• This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. The employee must be capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting within OSHA ergonomic safety guidelines. Safe lifting techniques must be used to comply with all applicable workplace safety standards.
