My client, a private equity–backed national leader in building restoration and specialty construction, is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Myers, FL to oversee projects across vertical concrete builds, façade restoration, and waterproofing.

• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery of concrete, façade, and waterproofing projects
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability while building strong client relationships
• Coordinate with GCs, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field challenges
• Mentor project engineers and field staff, fostering accountability and performance

• 7+ years of project management in construction, with expertise in vertical concrete, façade restoration, and waterproofing
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
• OSHA 30 required;
  Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred
