Client Executive​/Principal: Architecture

The Client Executive will serve as a top-level manager in a successful, growing firm. They will interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients, oversee client relations for one or more clients, and ensure high project team performance and overall client satisfaction. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, an aggressive yet personable demeanor, and extensive experience in client management and architectural practice.

• Strategic: Contribute to defining and guiding the firm’s strategic plan, leveraging corporate resources and management support.
• Operational: Ensure successful delivery of services, develop culture, and execute processes within the offices.
• Marketing/Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, collaborating closely with the Marketing & Business Development departments to create new opportunities.
• Management/Leadership: Promote a supportive structure to develop staff capabilities, handle staffing projections, and oversee recruitment of new personnel.

• Registered Architect in the State.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, including at least 10 years managing project teams and processes.
• Prior K12 and/or Higher Education experience considered essential.
