What You’ll Do
  • Support managers, supervisors, and analysts with daily operational and training needs.
  • Learn and observe office processes to build a strong understanding of court operations.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver training activities, including new hire orientation and team-specific training.
  • Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, handouts, visual aids, checklists, and schedules.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to identify training needs and expected outcomes.
  • Choose the best training delivery method—classroom, virtual, online, or blended.
  • Assist with system testing, including releases and patch upgrades.
  • Measure training effectiveness and update materials as needed.
  • Ensure procedures and training documentation remain accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support Clerk Net as a resource for procedures, forms, and policies.
  • Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships across departments and agencies.
  • Provide backup support for operational support email requests.
  • Perform operational duties within any team as needed.
  • Contribute to special projects and other assigned tasks.

  • Excellent sequential filing skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Skill in measuring and delivering effective training.
  • Solid understanding of procedures and computer operations.

Qualifications & Benefits
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of training experience preferred.
  • Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods, tools, and techniques preferred.
