This is a part-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Assistant. The position is located in Fort Myers, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, organizing documents, coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with real estate-related tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Knowledge or experience in Real Estate practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills for managing tasks and schedules efficiently
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using relevant office software and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, scheduling software)
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
