As an Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our 200‑employee organization. • Prepare and support accurate, complete, and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries for the month‑end close.
• Manage lease schedules to comply with new lease accounting standards.
• Develop ad hoc reports to drive standardized and actionable reporting.
• Engage with management, auditors, and regulatory agencies for inquiries.
• Prepare Monthly Financial Packets and manage vendor/customer relationships.
• Oversee cash accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Prepare bi‑weekly payroll entries and sales tax reporting.

• Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passionate and hardworking with strong customer service skills.
