Salud Family Health is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team in Fort Morgan, Colorado

• Annual salary: $105,000-$135,000
• Relocation package: Up to $5,000

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Licensure: Unrestricted NP or PA license in good standing in Colorado
• Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
