Salary Range: $21.00 To $23.00 Hourly

The Fiber Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support while working directly with our network team. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, professional, and can manage and prioritize a high level of diverse and deadline‑driven tasks. The office is in Fort Morgan, Colorado, and due to the nature of this position, remote work is not available for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support Management and Construction teams by organizing and tracking projects related to Fiber installation, and fiber splicing and testing.
  • Create, track, and manage project scheduling spreadsheets and reports.
  • Maintain, update and upload network documents to Quickbase database as well as the network drive.
  • Help management track materials, deadlines, and follow‑ups to other departments for all projects that are complete and upcoming.
  • Obtain and track insurance certificates for contractors, and ensure all contractors hired provide proper certificates of insurance for each project, track PO requests, invoices and documentation from contractors.
  • Help management with new customer and residential documents and keep track of all splicing and testing documents.
  • Manage detailed records to help with monthly billing.
  • Perform other office tasks/other data entry as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ administrative/office support experience is required.
  • Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver’s license. Candidates must pass an MVR check, background check and drug test.
  • Must possess strong computer and typing skills. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work and support a very fast‑paced work environment, demanding work schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and possible on‑call.
  • Good communication skills are essential, as is a cooperative attitude toward coworkers, customers and contractors.
  • Must be able to prioritize and re‑prioritize as needed in a fast‑paced working environment, especially when dealing with time‑sensitive issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
