Valley View Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is a 100‑bed acute hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to Fort Mojave, AZ and surrounding communities for over 20 years. As a Wound Care RN, you will play a vital role in our mission to make communities healthier.

• Primarily provide patient care in the Wound Care Center.
• Handle intake and discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients as scheduled.
• May serve as a Case Manager for a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients, depending on Center setup.
• Assist in the vein clinic after completing Healogics Vein Clinic training.

• Current RN license to practice in the state of AZ.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
