As a Registered Nurse Operating Room
, you will ensure the highest standard of care for surgical patients. This includes coordinating patient care, acting as a resource for staff, and facilitating problem-solving. You will assist with Quality Improvement Activities, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and support staff education.

• Deliver high-quality patient care using advanced nursing skills in a surgical setting.
• Maintain continuity of care and serve as a resource for subordinate staff.
• Facilitate problem-solving and assist with Quality Improvement Activities.
• Participate in staff education and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless patient care.

• 6 Operating Room Suites and 1 Cath Lab Room.

• Licensure: Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with a surgical/OR focus.
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and commitment to Quality Improvement initiatives.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on surgical or operating room care.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and OR protocols.
• Ability to ensure continuity of care and provide leadership to subordinate staff.
• Proficiency in Quality Improvement processes and staff education initiatives.

• Experience in a multi-suite OR environment (6 OR suites, 1 Cath Lab).
• Prior experience in staff education and mentoring.
• Familiarity with Quality Improvement Activities.
