As a Registered Nurse Operating Room
, you will ensure the highest standard of care for surgical patients. This includes coordinating patient care, acting as a resource for staff, and facilitating problem-solving. You will assist with Quality Improvement Activities, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and support staff education.
- Deliver high-quality patient care using advanced nursing skills in a surgical setting.
- Maintain continuity of care and serve as a resource for subordinate staff.
- Facilitate problem-solving and assist with Quality Improvement Activities.
- Participate in staff education and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless patient care.
- 6 Operating Room Suites and 1 Cath Lab Room.
- Licensure: Active RN license in the state of employment.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with a surgical/OR focus.
- Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and commitment to Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on surgical or operating room care.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and OR protocols.
- Ability to ensure continuity of care and provide leadership to subordinate staff.
- Proficiency in Quality Improvement processes and staff education initiatives.
- Experience in a multi-suite OR environment (6 OR suites, 1 Cath Lab).
- Prior experience in staff education and mentoring.
- Familiarity with Quality Improvement Activities.
