This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Fort Mitchell, KY. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves presenting and negotiating service proposals, aligning customer needs with company offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of roofing projects.

The Commission Sales Associate will act as a trusted advisor to clients while driving revenue growth.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
• Proven sales experience, with skills in relationship building, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes is an advantage but not required
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client relationships and sales processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools relevant to sales management
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus
