Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse - The Summit of Edgewood

Full Time / PRN 12 hour shifts – Day and Night Shift Available

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and promptly report changes.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients’ comfort and dignity.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.

• Current LPN/LVN license in [State]
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle challenging situations with grace
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
