We're looking for an Estimator who brings accuracy, strategy, and curiosity to every assignment - someone who can see the big picture while managing the details that drive successful projects.

What You'll Do

You'll be a trusted partner throughout the preconstruction process, leading comprehensive estimating efforts and influencing key project decisions. In this role, you will:

Lead the Estimating Process

* Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, and design‑development estimates that set projects up for success.

* Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and all project documents to build accurate cost models.

* Ensure estimates align with the overall project scope, schedule, and client expectations.

Drive Accuracy Through Collaboration

* Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to confirm scope completeness and pricing accuracy.

* Partner with architects, engineers, owners, and consultants to clarify scope and support decision‑making.

* Present budgets, pricing strategies, and value‑engineering opportunities to clients.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact. Successful candidates typically have:

* 3+ years of estimating experience

* Experience in commercial and/or industrial construction

* A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred, not required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Ft Mitchell, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

* Project completion based bonuses & end of year bonus (based on company performance). Typically the bonuses total are 15-18% of base salary.

- 3 weeks of vacation - 1 week of personal time - 8 paid holidays - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
