* Lead the design process for complex projects, including concept development, design development, and final execution
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and vision for the project
* Manage and mentor design teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
* Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and detailed drawings
* Ensure all design work complies with industry standards, project guidelines, and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
* Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
* Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle
** Salary Range:**$85,000 - $90,000
