Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (5 days/week)

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join a small, collaborative accounting team. This role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate or early‑career professional who is eager to build a strong technical accounting foundation. The position is heavily focused on reconciliations, journal entries, and cash transactions, with long-term growth potential into an Assistant Controller role. This is a highly visible position with exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.

• Perform bank account, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare and post journal entries and monthly accruals

• Assist with the month‑end close process, including revenue recognition

• Accurately record and manage a high volume of cash transactions

• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities

• Collaborate with internal teams on financial analysis and special projects

• Interface with external partners such as auditors, banks, and vendors

• Assist with ERP system reporting and fixed asset tracking

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)

• Strong understanding of technical accounting fundamentals

• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fully onsite environment

• Recent accounting graduate or early‑career professional

• Experience with reconciliations and journal entries (internships or entry‑level roles acceptable)

• Motivated, coachable, and interested in long‑term career growth
