CompensationYou get paid 1.45 per mile for all miles you drive plus what your trainee drives
That s right all miles go to you
Plus you get paid bonuses on driver after he leaves your truck for 1 entire year
Bring home 3k plus weekly if you are willing to run
Example you drive 2k miles your trainee drives 2k miles
You get paid all 4k miles at 1.45-1.55 per mile
EquipmentTrucks have frigde, inverter, XM radio and mount for tv
Route/AssignmentsAll dry van
Mostly dedicated routes
Nothing past Texas no northeast runs
RequirementsMust have good MVR and no sap drivers
