Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven field representative to accelerate dealer adoption of our Spec2
Earn Incentive Program. This role combines relationship building, sales enablement, and performance analytics to strengthen our presence across OEM dealerships. Truck OEM dealerships are the authorized retail and service partners of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Freightliner, Western Star, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International, Volvo, and Mack for commercial truck customers, including fleets, owner-operators, and vocational businesses. The representative will drive program participation, train dealer sales staff, and implement marketing materials designed to simplify how our products are recommended to end customers.
Success in this role will be measured by tangible outcomes—dealer activation, engagement, and incremental sales growth.
- Promote and sell incentive program participation to OEM dealership groups.
- Visit dealerships regularly to build relationships, conduct training, and deploy marketing tools.
- Ensure consistent dealer activation and engagement through follow-ups, digital onboarding, and problem resolution.
- Track and report on performance metrics: dealer activations, time-to-first-spec, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams to optimize marketing materials and engagement strategies.
- Gather competitive intelligence and provide feedback for continuous program improvement.
- Maintain high compliance standards regarding incentive communication and reporting.
- 2–5 years in automotive sales, dealer services, or incentive program management.
- Understanding of dealership sales processes, OEM incentive structures, and loyalty platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales results and manage multiple accounts.
- Exceptional communication, training, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual presentation tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time within the assigned region.
- Experience with B2B automotive program platforms (e.g., loyalty portals, dealer reward systems).
- Previous work with automotive OEMs, dealer groups, or performance improvement firms.
- Understanding sales incentives, loyalty marketing, and performance-based rewards in the automotive sector.
Qualifications bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
Additional InformationThis is a Sales Representative – Incentive Program TT OE North America Position and Contract Work of 18 Months. Also this is a travel position. In regard to travel, it will probably be focused around where the candidate lives, it won’t be nation wide, but it will be 4 days a week on average. What we envision is that this person would travel to the 4 or 5 states around where they live to visit the dealerships of our customers.
They would travel Monday – Thursday with Friday being an office day. With this structure most of the travel will be by car.
