Echelon Contrast Suites is Fort Mill’s first private, physician-designed recovery studio, offering executive-grade, evidence-based recovery solutions for high performers. Specializing in recovery with measurable outcomes, Echelon integrates advanced therapies like Contrast Therapy in the form of Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge, Light Bed Therapy, and a Halo Salt Suite to enhance resilience, focus, and cognitive performance. The studio is tailored for executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking to improve energy, clarity, and longevity.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Mill, SC, for a Sales Specialist at Echelon Contrast Suites. The Sales Specialist will generate leads, give converting tours, execute structured follow-up, and enroll new members into recurring membership programs. Responsibilities include driving client acquisition, building and maintaining customer relationships, guiding clients through Echelon’s recovery services, and managing sales transactions. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will support customer service efforts, provide training to clients on available services, and contribute to sales planning and strategies for growth.
Responsibilities also include:
- Enroll 15–25+ new members per month
- Execute Echelon’s tour and sales process with confidence and clarity
- Present membership options and close sales during or immediately following studio visits
- Generate your own leads through outbound calling, texting, social engagement, networking, and referrals
- Reactivate past guests and former members
- Partner with marketing team while maintaining independent pipeline responsibility
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM
- Conduct consistent, persistent follow-up until a clear outcome is achieved
- Own weekly KPI reporting as part of Echelon’s EOS Scorecard system
- Deliver professional, informative, and brand-aligned tours to your leads
- Communicate service benefits, membership structure, and expected outcomes
- Overcome objections using structured frameworks
- Provide expectation-setting and education needed for new member success
- Ensure a smooth transition into ongoing usage
- Hand off operational onboarding tasks to concierge and the Studio Manager
- Proven sales and sales management expertise, with the ability to drive results and meet targets
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building meaningful member relationships
- Experience in delivering training and educational sessions to members about services offered
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
- Prior experience in health and wellness, or a related industry, is a plus
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a self-motivated attitude to excel in a high-performing environment
