New Grad RN Residency (All shifts available depending on unit)Hiring for all specialties including Intensive Care, Emergency Department, Med Surg and Progressive Care. Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus (pay as you go), tuition reimbursement, generous pay and benefits package.
About UsPiedmont Medical Center is a full‑service hospital providing healthcare services to York County, South Carolina and surrounding areas since 1983. The 288‑bed facility has advanced equipment and experienced healthcare staff catering to the diverse needs of the community. In September 2022, Piedmont Medical Center – Fort Mill opened the doors to a 100‑bed facility featuring a 24/7 Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Medical/Surgical Unit, and a wide array of Surgical Services and Women's Services.
Role OverviewThis RN/registered nurse role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis, and provide unit‑level support. The RN will supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
WhatQualifications You Will Need
- No previous experience needed!
- BASIC CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) upon hire or obtained within 30 days of employment
- Other certifications may be required during employment
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License in the State of South Carolina
