• Develops and documents plan of education on written care plan; alters educational plan as condition changes
• Coordinates care with other health professionals
• Continually carries out physician’s treatment plan
• Verifies orders for accuracy, reconciles medications, schedules tests/procedures, and obtains consent forms
• Follows medication and IV therapy policies; monitors for adverse reactions and reports interactions 100% of the time
• Performs related duties as required
• Provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients
• Collaborates with professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes

• Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Clinical experience reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
• Valid Permanent Multi‑State RN license in the state of residence
• American Heart Association BLS CPR within 7 days of hire
• American Heart Association ACLS and NRP within orientation period
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring course within orientation period

• One year of maternal/child experience

Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility.
