- Develops and documents plan of education on written care plan; alters educational plan as condition changes
- Coordinates care with other health professionals
- Continually carries out physician’s treatment plan
- Verifies orders for accuracy, reconciles medications, schedules tests/procedures, and obtains consent forms
- Follows medication and IV therapy policies; monitors for adverse reactions and reports interactions 100% of the time
- Performs related duties as required
- Provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients
- Collaborates with professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Clinical experience reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
- Valid Permanent Multi‑State RN license in the state of residence
- American Heart Association BLS CPR within 7 days of hire
- American Heart Association ACLS and NRP within orientation period
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring course within orientation period
- One year of maternal/child experience
Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility.
