Position Summary:
Fast growing automotive dealership group with 42 locations (and growing) headquartered in the greater Charlotte area is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our dealership marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for coordinating the collection, creation, compliance approval, and publishing of marketing offers across digital platforms. Maintaining brand and OEM compliance across digital platforms, and ensuring cohesive coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, organized and capable of managing multiple marketing touch points each month in collaboration with dealership staff and vendor partners.
This role provides a strong foundation for managing multiple marketing solutions within automotive retail. The Marketing Coordinator will work firsthand with the marketing executive, graphics team, dealership leadership, agency partners and service providers in support of a comprehensive marketing strategy execution. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, highly organized, committed to continuous learning and willing to take ownership of various tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:Incentive Coordination & Creative Deployment
- Coordinate with dealerships monthly to gather sales / service incentives and offers.
- Write compelling marketing copy and legal disclosures for promotional content.
- Coordinate Manufacturer compliant creative for websites, social, and email campaigns.
- Traffic finalized offers to relevant marketing and media partners.
- Understand manufacturer guidelines and maintain documentation for per-approvals.
- Audit dealership websites (desktop and mobile) to ensure compliance with Manufacturer and brand guidelines.
- Audit and Content Management of external channels like Apple, Google, Facebook, etc.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, including up-to-date logos and messaging.
- Work closely with marketing teams and media agencies to ensure compliant materials and websites.
- Manage the creative development and publishing process for marketing assets, including website banners, website specials, emails, and display ads.
- Submit and track creative tasks using project management software.
- Provide administrative support for digital marketing platforms including:
- Google Analytics, Google Business Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Facebook Business Manager, Yext, and additional tools as required.
- Support and maintain dealership and brand social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
- Manage the execution of email campaigns: creative assembly, list segmentation, and deployment.
- Track performance and compile monthly reports.
- Collaborate with email agencies for creative development, approvals, testing, and submission.
