Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join a new solar facility in Fort Mill. This role involves developing and leading highly automated assembly teams. You will oversee and analyze production processes, and your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of this new plant. The ideal candidate will implement lean principles to ensure efficient operations and drive continuous improvement in the production activities.

• Proven experience as a supervisor, overseeing production and assembly teams
• 2+ years of experience working in a heavy automation environment (LOOKING FOR robotics, advanced electronics, automotive, semiconductor, or solar industries)
• Strong communication — can articulate experience well
• Expert in lean methodologies, kaizen, six sigma
• Experience with KPI concepts such as OEE
  • Lean certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
