** How You’ll Make a Difference
** As a Sr. Permit Specialist, you’ll be guiding projects through complex permitting processes. Your work keeps projects moving, customers informed, and teams aligned—making sure every detail is handled with care, accuracy, and urgency.
** What You’ll Do
*** Partner closely with Sales, Project Managers, Coordinators, and customers to gather all the information needed to submit for permits
* Manage permits from application through approval, including inspections, follow-ups, and jurisdictional coordination
* Research and maintain jurisdiction-specific requirements, processes, and contacts for future projects
* Provide clear weekly updates to customers and keep internal systems current with permit statuses
** What You’ll Bring
*** At least 3 years of hands-on experience with permit processes and jurisdictional requirements, preferably for material handling and industrial projects
* Strong project management and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
* Resourceful problem-solving with the ability to research requirements, identify what’s needed, and navigate uncertainty with confidence
* Ability to read structural drawings and calculations using AutoCAD
