Job Overview: LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Frontline Transformation Strategy, to champion and drive change across our frontline functions to include Operations, Contact Center, Supervision, and Risk & Compliance. This leader will be responsible for helping set, execute, and drive accountability to deliver on a multi-year transformation strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities- Hold the pen—help document the vision for Frontline Transformation and reporting updates on key Transformation initiatives.
- Define reporting routines to track progress on the Transformation-related portfolio of work.
- Help create, maintain, and track against a multi-year Frontline Transformation Roadmap.
- Assist in driving key projects and initiatives related to the Frontline Transformation by personally owning initiatives, providing program management support, developing executive reporting, and anticipating and meeting the emergent needs of the frontline functions to achieve a transformation.
- Build relationships with senior frontline leaders to help ensure the Frontline Transformation serves and enables those leaders to meet their business objectives.
- Collect, review and validate data for consistency, accuracy from a “big picture” view.
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to develop outcome-focused, data-driven materials to support oversight and decision-making.

Requirements- Direct experience in transformation, change management, project management, voice of the customer, and/or process improvement / process efficiency in financial services
- Consulting experience at a top firm
- Possesses contagious optimism, embraces change, is passionate about continuous learning, excels in fast-paced environments, and has an entrepreneurial mindset
- High emotional intelligence; a collaborative and inclusive approach
- Demonstrated pattern of delivery and execution
- Proven experience being a trusted advisor and consensus-builder who drives change across initiatives within and outside direct accountability; facilitates critical thinking to create solutions for the most complex business challenges
- Involves up to 5% travel
- Exceptional executive storytelling ability through the use of MS PowerPoint, Excel and other platforms
- Analytical thinker who can understand and translate between concepts, frameworks strategy, and execution plans
- Demonstrated ability to develop executive reporting, and a set of routines to produce that reporting
- Experience and comfort presenting to and working side-by-side with senior executives
- Ability to facilitate workshops and other engagements with large groups and senior stakeholders to solicit ideas and build plans for Transformation
- A high degree of ambition and a strong commitment to doing the work needed to get there
$130,012-$216,686/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
