We are seeking an experienced and dedicated EHS Manager to join our team. The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe and healthy workplace.
The Job:As an EH&S Manager, you’ll be part of our Fort Mill, Tools & Outdoors team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations (OSHA, DOT, etc.).
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Provide EHS training and education to employees.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to EHS performance.
- Collaborate with management to integrate EHS into business operations.
- Manage waste disposal and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and external audits.
- Recommend measures to reduce or eliminate accidents and health hazards at facilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
