Overview

The Manager for Client Technology Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day Product Operations activities of CTM, executing the team’s portfolio objectives, and maintaining accountability for staff development and engagement initiatives. This role focuses on driving operational excellence across a broad portfolio of technology products and services offered through LPL Financial.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing strategic direction for the team to ensure optimal product operations efficiency, overseeing escalation management, and ensuring timely resolution of complex client or operational issues.
  • Leads a dedicated POD responsible for Client Works user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate access provisioning, compliance, and a seamless client experience.
  • Through strong leadership and process optimization, supports consistent service delivery, scalability, and continuous improvement across Product Operations.

Requirements
  • 3+ years leading hands on people management in team sizes of 10 plus
  • 2+ years Excel
  • 1+ Strategy/Operations capacity

  • Ability to plan for short and long term objectives while taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of their team, the resources available, and market drivers.
  • Possess organizational skills to demonstrate that you can efficiently delegate tasks to get results and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Skilled communicator with the capability to give instructions, be an active listener, and persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to transform insights into actionable strategies that drive informed decision-making and operational improvement.
  • Demonstrate leadership capability to identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks across product operations by setting strategic controls, guiding teams through risk resolution, and ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and client-impact priorities.
Preferences
  • 5 years of financial services industry experience
  • Minimum Series 99 recommended
Pay Range

$76,632-$127,720/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
