Job Overview: We are seeking a Vice President, People Business Partner to serve as the senior People leader for our Marketing, Communications & Experiences and Legal, Policy & Communities organizations. This role is responsible for owning People partnership for designated client groups
, providing senior-level counsel while remaining accountable for delivery and execution during a period of People Team transformation.

This position is ideal for an experienced PBP leader who can operate independently, influence senior leaders, and balance practical execution with evolving People practices
—without requiring enterprise-wide ownership or large team management.
