Job Description
Seeking an onsite Salesforce Dev Ops / Copado Specialist to support their Salesforce development, QA, and release management processes. They recently transitioned from Flosum to Copado, and this role will be hands‑on in maintaining and maturing new pipelines, deployments, and Dev Ops operations.
This position collaborates closely with internal Salesforce teams and external vendor resources. We’re looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and eager to grow—someone who becomes our “can’t live without” local support for Salesforce code delivery.

- Support and maintain Copado deployment pipelines used to move Salesforce code across environments.
- Assist in the migration from Flosum to Copado, including learning new functionality and helping optimize release processes.
- Execute and monitor Salesforce code deployments, including version control, commits, merges, validations, and deployment error resolution.
- Partner with Development and QA teams to align deployment schedules, track environment usage, and ensure readiness for releases.
- Work with third‑party vendor resources who support development and QA activities, ensuring accurate communication and coordination.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment issues, and environment inconsistencies.
- Maintain documentation for release processes, Copado steps, pipeline configuration, and environment management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD, branching strategies, and release standardization.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
