Video Content Developer

We are seeking an experienced training content developer to create role‑based training videos for Oracle Field Service (OFS) users. This role focuses on producing practical, screen‑based training using Adobe Captivate or similar tools, reusing existing materials, and recording real OFS workflows. The training will support both field crews using the OFS mobile app and back‑office finance and operations users who review and approve work and time.

• Experience creating software or application training videos
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Captivate or comparable tools
• Comfortable navigating enterprise systems and recording screen demos
• Ability to tailor training for different user roles and audiences
• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Experience with field service or enterprise applications
• Familiarity with role‑based or scenario‑driven training
• Understanding of adult learning or instructional design principles

• Develop application training videos using Adobe Captivate or similar tools
• Convert existing PowerPoint and training materials into video‑based content
• Record OFS screen walkthroughs to demonstrate real system usage
• Create task‑focused, role‑specific training for field and back‑office users
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to validate workflows
• Incorporate feedback and update content as needed
• Deliver reusable training assets for onboarding and refreshers

$32/hr to $42/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
