Overview
Lead large-scale IT projects and transform project management practices at Pike Corporation. This role focuses heavily on Oracle HCM implementations and other Oracle/Microsoft solutions. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution, manage vendors, and drive agile delivery. Ideal for a seasoned project manager with expertise in Oracle HCM and enterprise systems.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years in IT program/project management, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM and other Oracle cloud products.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Expertise in agile methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 360, Azure EDW, and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with field service business processes.
- PMP or ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience in construction, energy, or engineering industries
